Wedding Cake Prices

Pricing for a wedding cake is based on 3 specific criterias: # servings, cost of ingredients, and level of decorative value. Because each cake is uniquely designed , there are some variables when quoting a price. The following is a basic price list not including delivery charges. A consultation appointment will be arranged to price the individual construction and design of your cake specifically.

Base line pricing:

Basic Cake and Frosting: With Filling Decorative Level:
50 servings - $175 $195 $25- $50
100 servings - $325 $360 $35-$75
150 servings - $500 $560 $45-$90
200 servings - $700 $770 $55-$110
250 servings - $825 $895 $65-$130
300 servings - $940 $990 $75-$150
  • A 25.00 non-refundable deposit is required to save a date.
  • Ten percent discount is given a on all orders paid in full at time of consult appointment.
  • A down payment of 25% is due at time of signed agreement, 50% paid 1 month prior to delivery, and full payment is due 2 weeks prior to delivery.
  • $50 refundable deposit for non- consumable stands, pillars, fountains or other borrowed pieces. Placement of fresh flowers may also incur other charges depending on whom provides them.
  • Delivery charges are based on distance: $30 (within 15 miles) and $1 per mile thereafter.
  • Holiday deliveries (Christmas & Easter) are double.

Fillings:

Strawberry, Lemon or Raspberry mousse, Chocolate Truffle, Mocha, White chocolate cream cheese

Frosting or Icings:

European Buttercreams, Dark Chocolate Ganache, Crème Ivoire

Decorations:

Fresh Flowers, buttercream flowers & accents, fondant and Marzipan creations.
